The Oklahoma Institute for Nonprofit Leadership has grown into a nationally recognized innovation in nonprofit training. This premier program is available by invitation only. The primary objective of the Institute is to assist nonprofit organizations in their efforts to increase their capacity to provide services and programs to their constituents and to strengthen the role of nonprofits in Oklahoma. We feel the Institute is unique because its primary focus is on the executive director and a key Board Member as the strategic leadership team in achieving agency effectiveness. For three days, your team will be immersed totally in your agency…its core values, its operations, its finances, its history, its future. You’ll work together, staff and board, toward a unified vision. The days and evenings are filled with informative sessions presented by nationally and internationally known consultants with interludes of networking time, laughter, and reflection time for individual teams. As you visit with other groups, both similar and disparate, you’ll learn the value of networking with others “in the trenches” as you share your successes and challenges.
